If I am being honest, I think the company could invest more in professional development. I felt like there were limited opportunities for growth in my current role.

My manager was fantastic — probably the best manager I have ever had. And the team was great to work with. I will genuinely miss them. That part of the experience was really positive.

Sure. I was hoping for more mentorship from senior leaders and the chance to work on cross-functional projects. I also think a clearer promotion path would really help with retention.

One thing I noticed is that meetings tend to take up a lot of the day. There were weeks when I spent more time in meetings than actually doing deep work. Maybe implementing meeting-free blocks could help.

Honestly, I would not rule it out. I have had a really positive experience overall, and this is a company I would be proud to come back to. I hope we can stay in touch.
