We can either refund that item automatically, or check if a nearby Target has it and ship it to you for free. You'll get an email either way. The rest of your order is ready to go.

The RedCard gives you 5% off every purchase automatically. It comes as a debit card linked to your bank or a Target credit card. You also get free shipping on online orders and an extra 30 days for returns.

Absolutely. Online purchases can be returned to any store. Just show the shipping confirmation email or your order in the Target app. We'll process the refund to your original payment method.
