Welcome! Please remove your shoes at the entrance. We have a shoe rack right here. Also, please dress modestly — long sleeves and long pants are preferred.

No worries. We have some loaner garments you can wear over your clothes. Let me get you one. Feel free to look around — the prayer hall is through those doors.

You can take photos of the architecture, but please do not photograph people who are praying. Also, please keep your voice low during prayer times.

That is called wudu — ritual washing. It is a way to purify yourself before standing in prayer. You wash your hands, face, arms, and feet in a specific order.

Five times a day — before dawn, midday, afternoon, sunset, and evening. Not everyone comes to the mosque each time. Many pray at home or at work.
